Windsor’s core business is in the design and manufacture of timber drying kilns, heat exchangers, air pollution control, acoustic silencers, enclosures and industrial heating, combustion engineering.
Founded in 1975 and now employing over 100 staff within the group, Windsor is continually developing new technologies for our local and export markets.
Since 1980 the company has installed numerous projects throughout the world. This capability is shown by the many timber drying kilns successfully operating around the world, including North America.
Windsor is a privately owned New Zealand company, with sales offices in New Zealand, USA and Australia. Design and manufacturing is centred in Wellington New Zealand, with satellite project and engineering in Asheville NC, USA.
Founded in 1965, Auckland based IPSCO (Sales and Manufacturing) became market leaders in the supply of industrial fans, air filtration, dust collection, water cooling towers, and expanded metal mesh.
In 2010 IPSCO Ltd became part of the Windsor Engineering Group, and a division 2 years later.
In addition to operating as an Auckland office for group customers, the traditional IPSCO activities remain. Many long term IPSCO employees, some with over 40 years’ experience, bring a wealth of knowledge to customers needing industrial air movement, filtration, pollution control and water cooling tower sales and service.
Christchurch based CFS (Canterbury Filter Services) joined the Windsor Engineering Group of companies in 2015.
Started in 1996 by Darren and Christine Herd, the CFS team adds their expertise in the supply and servicing of industrial and commercial air filtration, filter baghouse spares, flexible sleeves, upgrades and service.
A feature of CFS support is a dedicated program of air filtration products, planned and annual replacement service, especially for critical Food, Dairy and Beverage industries. All service work is covered by extensive H&S compliance and well documented service reports.
Crossle Coils is an Australian manufacturing company originating as W.G. Crossle & Co. Pty Ltd. of Melbourne, Australia. Established more than 70 years ago and traded for many years as Crossle McKee, the company is the oldest and original heat exchanger manufacturer in Australia. More recently the business has become part of the Windsor Group of companies continuing the high quality manufacture of custom heaters.
