Dry Electrostatic Precipitators - ESPs

We can offer electrostatic precipitation solutions for the capture of submicron particulate, heavy metals, dioxins and furans, mists & fumes from process gas streams. Depending on the industrial process and the emission, either wet (WESP) or dry (ESP) electrostatic precipitators would be selected.

Dry electrostatic precipitators (ESP) combine the advantages of maximum particulate control and collection efficiency with low operating and maintenance costs. In addition to a proven record of performance and reliability, our dry ESP offers many distinct advantages.
 

Features

• Design features include perforated gas distribution plates and vanes for uniform gas and particulate distribution through the precipitator.
• The system’s collecting plate curtains consist of panels that are roll formed from steel coils, which reduces fabrication costs, erection costs and operational issues.

Wet Electrostatic Precipitators - WESPs

Our Wet ESP’s (WESPs) can be designed with plate or tubular geometry (round and hexagonal), and may be either vertical (up flow or down flow) or horizontal flow, depending on your application requirements.
